I only work with a select few 1:1 clients in my coaching practice each year. This allows me to go deep with my clients and maintain the balance I desire for this chapter of my life.

My work focuses on exceptionally high-achieving women of color business owners, CEOs, heads of institutes/centers and/or fund managers who are doing work there is no blueprint for. My clients are typically putting millions of dollars to work in the world and are used to breaking down walls (or creating their own back doors) to make their visions happen.
